Naming a business has always been hard. If your business name is Acme Inc., and acme.com isn’t available, try the domains myacme.com or getacme.com or even acmeinc.com. They might be available.
Location can also be a good modifier. If your company is a small business and associated with only a local geographic region, consider adding a location to the domain name such as ny for New York, acmeny.com or acmefl.com for Florida; or acmeorlando.com, if you are located in Orlando. In the future, you could purchase other regional names if you expand to different geographic areas.
